|
The purpose of this study was the to analyze the relationship among management of kyoungrodang, satisfaction and subject effect of utilization and the depression of the elderly. It was focused on the mediating effect of satisfaction and subject effect of utilization between management of kyoungrodang and the depression of the elderly. For this purpose, 60 managers and 552 elderly was interviewed using structured questionaire. Major finding of this study is that management of kyoungrodan influences the depression of the elderly. And satisfaction of utilization has the mediating effect between management of kyoungrodang and the depression of the elderly. On the basis of these results, improving ways of kyoungrodan in rural area are suggested.
